Starting of the year:
- chionging of my FYP with my fellow group mates till the wee hours
- forgoing our nights just to do our best for projects and a smile that brought across the whole team when our efforts were recognised.
- The sense of accomplishment when my program works.
- my first ever Japanese speech contest experience was great. Even though I did not win, but the experience was really a good one.
- Met a few japanese interns and they are really nice people.
- Attended Lixia's 21st birthday. First friend to celebrate 21st birthday. A good experience.
My poly days ended with exam and it was march.
- March was a turning point for me. I turned TWENTY on 15 March. My first step into adulthood.
- Primary school friends, besties, poly friends and cousins celebrated for me.
- Also in March, I worked for Broadcom. Met a few nice colleagues though we've generation gap but they were all nice.
In May, we had our graduation ceremony. It was filled with joy, laughters, emotions and a part of us don't want to leave school because of our awesome friends! Especially the time spent together doing projects. But nevertheless, NP rocks!
That month wasn't a good one for me. Shortly after graduation, we had BIT dinner. It wasn't a good day to start with because of personal reason. That night was wild. I was a merlion. Nevertheless, it ended with everything resolved. At least that's what I thought so that time.
June was the month of celebration for Darren! Attended his solemnisation and had a great catching up with my ex colleagues. It was fun with them!
In the month of July, my close friend has to leave for Melbourne to further study. It was kind of hard to adapt and accept that she has to go overseas. We had a mini farewell for her. The 6 of us plus Huiling and Boon. Although it was sad to see her leave, but nevertheless, I know it's for a good reason.
In the same month, I went for my orientation day.
- Met a few awesome friends.
- Also, I went for 3D2N FOC and gained much experience from it. It was fun, nevertheless. Marks the start of uni life for me.
- Went supperclub with fellow OG mates
- Also, I had photography camp as well.
- In fact, I had the most fun because:
1. Our team won the best group.
2. My team members are fun loving.
3. We are the AIZAIs! :D
Month of Aug:
- Worked at Conrad Hotel For YOG. I was happy that I could work there because I met different people there and get to know people's true colors.
- Being the overall in charge for my team, I learnt how to handle them. Conflict managements, disputes and time management.
- I met my buddy there too.
- Many of us stayed close together.
- and it was this month that my life changed after that.
September:
- First time working at IT show and it was AWESOME. Though tiring, but I've meet nice people.
- Visit to Universal Studio
- Many outings with AiZai
- Mid Autumn outing organised by SPC
- Start of school with only Tricia as lecture mate most of the time
- Happening student week but upside down life for me
- Learning to cope with singlehood
Month of Oct is always a headache for me because I know quite a number of Oct babies! Birthday celebrations almost every few days. But nevertheless, they are the ones that I want to celebrate with! :D Went to Night Safari for Halloween with some of my FOD OG mates. It was also that month, I realised something.
Month of November was fun too.
- Had a week of holidays going out with friends.
- My first time organising an event with Sean and Terrell
- Chinese garden outing was a SUCCESS :D
- Blogger's photoshoot (made quite a few nice bloggers!)
- went for AFA
December was good so far.
- Attended Miki Sensei's Wedding
- Sungei Buloh Outing
- Went to Genting with AWESOME people!
- Had Christmas Celebration with Besties, Poly and uni mates!
- Did the most daring thing in my life.
- Last but not least, sean's birthday celebration
Christmas:
This year has ups and downs, especially my feelings. But nevertheless, it is these groups of friends I have helped me through the year. Making new friends, going through tough times, staying up late because of emotional stuff, getting over a relationship, chatting on phone with jiaoni and countless and countless of joy and laughter with friends.
All of you helped me a lot. Sincerely thanks all those who enter my life and make an impact on me :D Hope 2011 will be a better year for all of us! Definitely it will be!
