Yanying's 20th

Met yanying and Jiaoni after school before heading to Town to shop for her birthday present. We got a top for her at Cottons on. Second half of the day I was busying sms-ing and chatting on phone with Elena because she got to get a cake. It was hard to communicate with her as the birthday girl was beside me. But nevertheless, I succeeded in deceiving Yanying. She didn't know I was communicating with Elena throughout!

Elena went into Ajisen first before us. As usual, no matter what we planned, in the end our destination is always Ajisen. Probably Ajisen gonna be our hangout place real soon! Ordered the usuals and ate as fast as we could because the night was too short.

After everyone finished their meal, Elena and I exchanged a few glances to get the cake and the staff brought in the cake without putting on the candles for us. Thanks ah! Lousy service ><><

After the celebration, we quickly brush her off and the 3 of us went for our 2nd mission - buy materials for card making!! :D Many shops were closed by then and the only shop that still extend its hands to us was KINO!

Bought the necessary stuff and we went outside Taka to do the card :D MSN card for her though. My first experience doing DIY outside TAKA. If I'm not wrong, we're near LV. =.= Actually we were rather efficient :D:D:D

The next day, I had my interview for SIM Blogger and after that, I waited for the 2 girls. Met Terrell and JJ at canteen. Shortly the girls came. We took polaroid! Thanks Terrell for the help. :D

It was nice to meet up with them :D Laughters, catching up and bytching sessions with AI ZAI! :D All of us finally turned up as a whole! 9 of us in total at lao da's house. Even the rare guests Nic and Joelle came :D:D:D

I told them about everything and they sat there and listened. So cute :D But nevertheless, I like htht with jie! :D After I confirm some stuff, I will htht with her again! :P Samson was funny too. He was the "Maria" of the day due to the bet that he has lost. So never ever bet with someone unless you are certain that you will win the bet! Hopefully the timelapse can be done asap and you can see how efficient samson was when it comes to washing and mopping X)

We even discussed about my 21st Chalet :D I received some feedbacks from them and they're really experienced! Somehow, I like this kind of gathering. Hopefully we'll meet up with each other at least once a month :P

After that we went to ilight marina bay to take photos. The lights there are nice. I hope I can own a DSLR soon, probably Nikon. I'm waiting anxiously for next year!! :D Or money please drop from the sky for this little poor girl to get a DSLR please~

Bay's Celebration

09-10-2010 was beloved Bay's birthday. :D Initial plan was Bay's supposed to come my house. Sandra and Li Xia will be the "surprise" with their cooked food. :D But in the end, we went to her house but was delayed. Anyway, it was nice going to her house too. She tried to hide herself because she wasn't fully prepared. :D

We prepared food for her and ate with her at the living room.

After lunch, we took some photos. Xia spotted that both Sandra and I wore a bow on our hair so she suggested all of us should clip/tie with a bow. That explains the photo below. PS: my bow is black so couldn't see it clearly.

Time was lagging behind and we finally set off to Far East at around 330pm. Reached far east and started shopping. My feet hurts after awhile. Probably because I have not wear the heels for quite sometimes ever since my last job at office back in May?

We shopped and chose some clothes for Bay. See, she's so happy choosing clothes. Like a little girl :)

After whole day of shopping, we took a bus down to paragon to have our dinner at PS Cafe. The ambience was alright, but the food wasn't that good. In addition, the food is steep. :/

After camwhore, we went down to level 1. Xia saw a wall and she said it's nice and wanted to take photo with it. So I suggested posing as model. I showed them how to do it but wasn't that great though..

Overall, I guess all of us enjoyed this short celebration for bay. Especially when we have not been shopping for quite some time together. It was definitely meaningful and fun day hanging out with them. I really hope time can stop for us awhile to catch up with each other. Nevertheless, I love that day!

School's starting tomorrow! Excited yet unprepared for school. Though I've gone through 2 months of uni life during bridging, but somehow it was different now. I wonder if lectures will be boring without friends? Though I'm quite attentive during lesson most of the time, but the presence of friends is simply different. :P

I went to bugis with Dad today. We had lunch together. The scene made me reminisce the times when I was young. I thought for a moment, when was the last time I had lunch with my father alone?

It dawn on me that I've been neglecting my family..

New Hair Cut @ Next Salon at Ion

I went for a hair cut at Next at Ion because Alina's friend is working there as trainee. Since she needs some model for her training, I decided to go for it. I know I'm daring especially when hair is every girl's precious! But nevertheless I still went for it as I really need to do something about my hair.

The Salon is really classy and nice! Even the seats are unique from other salons. It really brings out the professionalism.

Waited for very long and decided to head for food after Alina was done. Off to Far East to eat and around 2.45pm, we're back in the salon. Instead of Alina's friend who supposed to cut for me, another guy took over instead as she already has 3 models. My hairstylist is Derrick, someone who's shy but nice and gentle. :D

He started off by introducing himself and telling me what problems I have. TOO THICK in short. I agreed on that and tada, he started off by washing my hair and trim my hair. More layers now and I really love it.

With guidance from the senior, he was engrossed in how his coach cut.

After 2 hours, both Carla and I finally done with our hair. We were quite satisfied with our hair. My first time being so satisfied. Of course my hair was also touched up by the director. :D He really knows what I want. Thank god!

Comex Show

My first time working at IT roadshow. Comex show was tiring but fun. I met some nice colleagues and talked to them to pass time. Sales for me definitely increased over the 4 days. It was a good experience for me and I'm glad to work for Microsoft.

Sean, JianRong, Felix, Terrell and JJ came down to support me on Friday. :D Really happy that they came though they didn't buy anything. At night when closing, Nic came down too. :D

Darren and Jo came down the next day. Followed by Shihui and her bf!

It's really nice to see your friends coming down.

Sandra also worked at comex show! I only knew it on the second day when I saw her at imation booth! On the last day of work, we met and went to work together.

The day started off with Alina calling me and I was still sleeping at home when the show was about to start! Both me and her were panicked and I quickly brush my teeth and went out after that. Cabbed down to Cine to watch love in disguise directed by Leehom. It was a nice movie! :D Although I missed out the first 30mins, it's very funny and nice! Rate 4/5

After that headed to aston for lunch. Camwhored again.
